Self Adjusting Match Play with Junk

I have been playing a gambling match with my friends when I am just playing with one other person. It is a variant of Match Play with Junk. It is self adjusting match play with junk.

Before the self adjusting part let me lay out the rule of the basic game the way I play it. Match play is fairly straight forward. Each hole is worth one point no carry over. Junk is an extra point for greenies (on in regulation with a 2 putt or better validation), sandies (in a bunker end hole with a par or better), birdies (double the holes value), and eagles (quadruple the holes value.)

The self adjusting part of the game is to setup and autopress when 3 down. The press adds a point to the hole's value, but not the junk. When a player presses he receives an additional 2 stokes.

When I play this game I will give or take any amount of strokes my opponent fells is correct.
