About the Course -
The Cresta Verde Golf Course has seen a tremendous turn around since Michael Kim took over as the course's brand new general manager. The Cresta Verde golf course has a lot of history behind it, having been designed and developed in 1927 by Randolph Scott. Regarded as one of the 500 oldest course sin America, the Cresta Verde Golf Course celebrated its 80th birthday in 2007. This course is regularly regarded as one of the best valued courses, and sees action from golfers of all ages and skill levels.
This is an 18 hole course located at the Cresta Verde Golf Club facility which is located between Corona and Norco in California, featuring more than 5,796 yards of golf from the furthest tees with a total par of 71. The overall course rating is 67.3, and the Cresta Verde golf course has a slope rating of 111. If you are looking to play a real championship caliber golf course, then the Cresta Verde golf course is where it's at.
What You Need to Know -
Tee times can be booked either online at the Cresta Verde golf club website, or over the phone by calling (909) 737-2255 or (951) 737-1010. There is a dress code required for the Cresta Verde Golf Course, but the gear and attire that you need, can be purchased from the pro shop for less than cost.
Tips for Beginners -
This is an 18 hole regulation length public golf course with a total overall pr of 71. The golf course spans 5,796 yards and has a rating of 67 and a slope rating of 111. This is a golf-only golfing facility, but there is a driving range for practice with 60 individual tees. Cresta Verde does offer golf instruction, and more information about this service can be found on their website if you are interested. This is a relatively flat course, though there is some decent terrain, and the Cresta Verde course certainly has a wide range of holes ranging from simple to much more difficult, meaning you can expect a fair share of challenges the first run through.
Fees -
Right now Cresta Verde is offering some specials, including greens fees of $39 on Monday and Tuesday, $45 from Wednesday to Friday, and $69 on Weekends. Greens fees include golf cart. Greens fees may differ, and checking the website is ideal because you can book online. Some tee times offer better fees at the last moment. Twilight rates and other specials typically begin around noon, and senior rates are offered every day. Golf attire can also be purchased from the pro shop, with Fidra shirts costing $18, Page and Tuttle costing $20, Gear for Sports for $25, hats for $10 and gloves for $8.
